"Thrills guaranteed!!". Welcome to the Couserans white-water base in Seix, in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees.

In the land of mountain rivers and streams, activities such as canoeing and hydrospeeding can be practised all year round, as well as rafting during the spring period, which is one of the busiest and most interesting times of the year.
For more than 10 years, the Haut Couserans kayak club has been offering white-water activities supervised by professionals, allowing you to discover and learn about the joys of white water in complete safety.
We offer several activities: Descending the Salat in canoe or kayak. Rafting or Hydrospeeding day.
