Gîte de Peyrefitte

The Peyrefitte gîte is an old stone farmhouse that has been restored using traditional materials, combining comfort with the typical charm of Ariège houses. With sublime views of the Pyrenees, you're guaranteed a rejuvenating stay!

The Gîte De Peyrefitte welcomes you for a stay with family or friends in Lescure, in the Occitanie region, Midi-Pyrénées.
It welcomes you all year round, with its absolutely sublime 190° view: Mont Valier just opposite and as far as the Pic du Midi.

Large character house (for up to 15 people). This is an old farmhouse of around 480m², fully restored in 2008. It's an ideal place for groups, families, friends, birthday parties and other festivities.
The ground floor comprises a cellar (18m²), a kitchen/dining room (50m²) and a large oak dining table. A living room (75m²) with a fireplace and TV area, and a view of the Pyrenees (with access to the covered terrace).
A double bedroom (140x200) with a bathroom/shower/WC, adapted for people with reduced mobility, views over the countryside, stone and whitewashed walls, tiled floor. 1 washbasin and separate WC.
1st floor: 5 double bedrooms, each with its own WC and bathroom, stone and lime walls with oak parquet flooring.
On the 2nd floor a space with 3 single beds (90cm), washbasin and separate WC, limewashed walls and floor covered with sea rush fibres.

Outside, there is a large 35 m² covered terrace with views of the Pyrenees, as well as a 9m x 4m50 swimming pool, which is fully secure, fenced and equipped with an electric roller shutter.
Unenclosed grounds of 1000m², planted with fruit trees and a variety of play equipment for children.
