This old barn is situated in the heart of a beautiful valley with magnificent scenery. It seems to be protected by the river Alet, which isolates it from the village, and by the access road, which goes no further.
It's an ideal place for nature lovers. In this unspoilt environment, you can enjoy the grounds around the gîte, as well as the great outdoors: Cirque de Cagateille, Guzet ski resort, Aulus les Bains thermal spa... Many nearby hiking trails are accessible all year round.

When you return from your escapades, you'll appreciate the calm of the brazier terrace and enjoy an evening in front of the living room's central fireplace.
Or perhaps you'd prefer the Vérambule's balneotherapy facilities.
The SPA temperature is set at 37°. Comfortably installed in the bubbling water, you can even catch a glimpse of the surrounding peaks through the glass.
Loungers and swings are available, as are board games, pétanque ball and Molky. Slackline installed in summer.

Detached house surrounded by 15,000 m2 of unenclosed grounds.
Direct entry into the main room with fireplace separating the living area from the dining area. An integrated kitchenette opens onto this living area, with fridge-freezer, multifunction oven, induction hob, microwave oven, toaster, De'Longhi coffee grinder, raclette and fondue machine, kit, etc.
Shower room with WC on ground floor.
First floor: Landing with washing machine, shower room with WC Sany broyeur, 3 attic bedrooms: One bedroom with a 2-person 160cm bed and 2 bedrooms with a 2-person 140cm bed. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning on ground floor.
Linen and cleaning service available on request. Table linen provided.
Sleeps up to 4 people (2 adults, 3 children).
Price includes electricity 15 kilowatts per day.
Price does not include electricity above 15 kilowatts per day. Rate according to EDF billing. Firewood 70€ per log, sheet hire 15€ per bed^. Bathroom linen rental 5€ per person. Cleaning service on request at end of stay 60€.
Pre-stay deposit 700€. Bank check or CB prepayment imprint.
Weekly rental only from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am.
