Easy to medium level day hikes or snowshoe hikes. The pace is adapted to naturalist observation, with plenty of explanatory breaks. An opportunity to discover mountain fauna (birds and ungulates) with the whole family.

Ages 8 and up.

Observation equipment and snowshoes/poles provided.

Additional Info:
Each person must bring the following items:
- Waterproof hiking boots (with gaiters),
- Warm, waterproof winter hiking gear (hiking pants, fleece, jacket, hat and gloves),
- Sun protection: sunglasses (index 3 min.) or ski mask, sun cream,
- Backpack (20-30 L, not exceeding 4-6 kg),
- 1.5 liters of water minimum,
- Picnic and snacks (e.g. cereal bar, dried fruit, etc.), hot drink,
- Small pharmacy with personal treatment if necessary, and mask and hydro-alcoholic gel.

Any person who, at the time of departure, has unsuitable clothing or equipment may be refused access to the hike.

IMPORTANT

Not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart problems or medical conditions that could lead to complications during physical activity.
