A day's hike to observe the mountain's emblematic birds.

A day's easy-to-moderate hiking in a sumptuous mountain setting, dedicated to discovering the emblematic birds of the Ariège mountains: Bearded vulture, Golden eagle, Griffon vulture... We'll learn to recognize and get to know them. Some of the secrets of these fabulous kings of the peaks will be revealed.

Additional Info:
For a summer day hike, each person must bring :
- Hiking shoes, preferably high-top and previously used
- Hiking pants or shorts
- T-shirt or shirt (preferably breathable)
- Sweater or fleece
- Rain gear (K-way, Gore-tex jacket, poncho, etc.)
- Backpack (20-30 L, not exceeding 4-6 kg)
- 1.5 liters of water minimum
- Picnic and snacks (e.g. cereal bar, dried fruit, etc.)
- Sun protection: cap or hat, sunglasses, sunscreen.
