Lovely little organic mountain farm where we transform our cows' milk into delicious Tomme des Pyrénées.

Our 30-hectare farm with its steep slopes will delight your taste buds. Thanks to our 20 Montbeliarde, Brown and Tarine cows, we make between 4 and 5 tons of cheese every year. We are certified organic and PNR pyrenees ariegeoises.
