Ariège and apples!
Welcome to the Gayouth cider house, a place that is both atypical and authentic. My traditional production method is a testament to my passion and commitment to creating unique, living ciders. All my apples come from both the Ariège region and organic farming, and are picked by hand. The aim is to work the ciders without inputs, sulphites or artificial additives to bring out the fruit. For our apple juices, we also work with hand-picked organic apples. These are 100% apple, and blended with floral waters such as verbena, basil or geranium to brighten up your taste buds!
