Welcome to ‘La Source’, a unique, fully refurbished 40m2 one-bedroom apartment in the Grand Hôtel residence, on the ground floor with lovely mountain views and French windows opening directly onto the park.

Ideally situated opposite the spa town of Aulus les Bains, 20 minutes from the Etang de Lers Nordic ski area and 15 minutes from the Guzet neige alpine ski resort. Numerous walks depart from Aulus.
The flat is located in a turret, hence its octagonal shape. The flat has 4 windows, making it very bright.

It comprises a hallway with direct access to the grounds via a large French window.

There is a brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, built-in oven and microwave, 207L fridge/freezer, etc.).

The living area includes a dining area, a sitting area with a sofa bed (140 x 180cm), TV and DVD player. Plenty of storage space.
The bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed and a wardrobe with hanging space, shelves and drawers.

Bathroom with bath, shower rail and bathroom scale.

The flat is heated by fluid inertia radiators providing gentle, constant heat.
