The gite has a total living area of 80m².
Simply renovated in keeping with the constraints of the location (exposed wooden beams, oak parquet flooring, ash wood staircase, etc.), you can enjoy this relaxing place for two or as a family.
Walks are available on site, at the nearby pass, as well as nearby outdoor activities (hiking, paragliding, rafting, adventure courses).

The gite is close to the farm, which is committed to organic farming. On request, you can see the flock of ewes and their lambs (depending on the season).

On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living room/kitchen and a spacious bathroom with washbasin and WC.

Numerous appliances are available: microwave, fridge, gas hob, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, kettle, baby equipment, etc.

A wood-burning stove is used for heating in winter. Wood is included in the rental price.

Fibre-optic Wifi and HDTV are available.

Upstairs, 2 adjoining double bedrooms. A mezzanine with another double bed will allow the most intrepid to nest like birds. Access is via a wooden ladder.

Bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, there is a covered terrace with a private garden. A charcoal barbecue is available for small outdoor grills. Plenty of space for parking on the property thanks to a private car park.

Located 15 minutes from St Girons, the nearest town with many shops, restaurants, cafes and a lively market every Saturday morning.
