Gîte du Tiquet

Welcome to the Massat valley, on the Col du Saraillé at Tiquet, 850m above sea level in the Couserans region, in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Park, between valleys, mountains and pastures.

For your holidays with family or friends. Our very comfortable 1913 stone house, renovated in 2024, will welcome you in a large apple and pear orchard.
The house comprises: on the ground floor, an entrance hall, a toilet, a living room with adjoining fitted kitchen.
Upstairs, a spacious shower room with Italian shower, 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm), one with 2 single beds (90cm) (which can be joined together) and the attic, which is comfortable and equipped with a games area with PS4 (Fifa etc...) and various board games, guitar and a sleeping area with 2 single beds (90cm).
Meals can be taken outside with a barbecue, on the wooden terrace sheltered by an apple tree with a view over the orchard and the valley.

Additional Info:
Arrival 4pm Departure 11am. For heating, electricity consumption will be charged for from September onwards, with a reading of the index on arrival.
