Ground floor: large living room with wood-burning stove, giving direct access to the panoramic terrace. Fitted kitchen area (induction hob, dishwasher, microwave). Shower room with WC. First floor: very bright living room with uninterrupted view (TV). Two bedrooms: 1 140 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds. Rates include all utilities. Access by car along a steep, stony track for 200 m, then on foot and by stairs for 10 m from a private car park. Alternatively, you can leave your car in a public car park 300m below the gîte. First shops in Seix (5 km). Hiking trails nearby. Close to the spa town of Aulus and the ski resort of Guzet.
