Le studio de La maison de Coumanis

The Coumanis studio is a stylish, cosy flat on the first floor of the large house, set in a quiet, wooded family estate by its private lake.

It's an ideal place to spend a weekend with your partner or family.
The studio has its own entrance but is connected to the house by an upstairs corridor, so it can be rented on its own or in addition to the house in order to increase its capacity.
The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room with oak parquet flooring.
The table and bar are ideal for a meal or a game of cards. One bedroom sleeps 4 (1 double bed 160cm and 2 single beds 90cm) and has its own bathroom and toilet. And a double bedroom with bathroom and shower.
The 2 extra beds are in the living room.

Additional Info:
It is possible to rent the house as well as the studio in order to increase capacity.
The studio can only be rented if the house is not rented.
The studio can be rented by the night during the week.
The relaxation area (swimming pool and sauna) is optional and must be booked in advance when renting the studio.
