Studio Le Grand Tétras

Renovated and restyled 31 m² studio located in the Grand Hôtel residence, opposite the Aulus les bains spa. 2nd floor, south-facing, with views of the river (30 m), the thermal baths (50 m) and the mountains (Guzet ski resort 12 km away).

The studio ‘Le Grand Tétras’ is very comfortable and very quiet. It is very well equipped and located in a prestigious building dating from the middle of the 19th century. A transverse curtain also separates the two sleeping areas.
It's a great place to recharge your batteries and is ideal for anglers, hikers (GR10), trail runners, cyclists, skiers, nature sports enthusiasts and, of course, spa visitors, who only have to cross the road to get to the spa. You will also have free access to a sauna, a fitness room and a bike room in the basement.
There is also a shared laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer). On the ground floor, you have access to a large room where you can meet, play games, chat...

Additional Info:
As the heating system uses dry electricity, this is included in the rental price up to a certain consumption level (9 kwh per day and 63 kwh per week). Any excess will be invoiced at the end of your stay.
Linen and sheets are not provided, but can be hired from the concierge (sheet, duvet cover, 2 pillowcases for double bed €15 and €12 for single bed / 2 large towels + 1 small towel for €10).
A cleaning fee of €40 must be requested from the concierge. A deposit cheque for 500€ + one for 40€ (cleaning) is requested on arrival and returned at the end of the stay. Arrivals are between 3pm and 7pm and departures between 9am and 11am.
Your insurance contract (to be provided on arrival) must include the specified extension ‘rental and holiday civil liability insurance’.
