Pyrénées Fils et Laines – Association

The Pyrénées Fils et Laines association aims to participate in developing the wool industry in Couserans and across the entire Pyrenean massif.
It acts in three areas:
The development "wool" as a natural resource
The sharing of professional know-how around the material
The development of the cultural heritage associated with wool-based trades

Workshops teaching the various techniques for working with wool: knitting, crochet, spinning, weaving, wet felting, needle felting and lace. These actions are particularly beneficial for the exchange of know-how related to the subject and, more generally, strengthen social links between local inhabitants.
